DSA was engaged to design a mixed-use project in White Plains, New York. This $95-million mixed-use project includes 259 luxury condominiums, 30 townhouses, and parking for 571 cars. The 40,000-square-foot retail component includes an interior mall with water and landscape features. A 12,000-square-foot health club includes a pool, saunas, aerobic rooms, whirlpools, exercise rooms, and lounges.

Construction documents were completed in early 1991; however, the project did not proceed as the developer filed for bankruptcy.
